Shipping policy

 

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.
  • During high-demand periods, dispatch timelines may vary.
  • You will receive confirmation and tracking details once your order is shipped.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery timelines vary by destination and courier partner.
  • While we aim to fulfill all orders within 30 days, delays may occur due to:
    • Customs clearance
    • Logistics disruptions
    • Remote delivery locations

If a delay is identified, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you within 48 hours of order confirmation.

If delivery cannot be completed within 30 days, you may have the right to request cancellation and a refund (subject to applicable consumer laws).

3. Third-Party Courier Services

All deliveries are fulfilled through independent third-party logistics providers.

By placing an order, you acknowledge:

  • Delivery is handled by external courier partners
  • ZERO Makeup Global is not liable for delays or issues caused by courier operations beyond our reasonable control
  • We reserve the right to select the most appropriate delivery method for your order

4. Shipping Charges & Remote Area Surcharges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location
  • Additional surcharges may apply for remote or restricted delivery areas

If applicable:

  • You will be notified prior to dispatch
  • You may choose to proceed or cancel the order for a full refund

5. Delivery Requirements & Responsibilities

  • A signature may be required upon delivery
  • You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order
  • Accurate shipping details must be provided at checkout

Failure to meet these requirements may result in delivery delays or additional charges.

6. Failed or Aborted Deliveries

A delivery may be considered unsuccessful if:

  • No recipient is available
  • Incorrect or incomplete address is provided
  • Delivery is refused

In such cases:

  • Couriers may attempt delivery up to 3 times
  • Additional charges may apply for re-delivery
  • After repeated failed attempts, the order may be:
    • Returned to us
    • Cancelled and treated as a failed delivery

We reserve the right to deduct shipping, return, and handling costs from any applicable refund.

7. Risk of Loss & Transfer of Responsibility

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address.

We recommend:

  • Inspecting the package immediately upon receipt
  • Reporting any issues within the specified timeframe (see Return Policy)

8. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Customs inspections or regulatory delays
  • Strikes, transport disruptions
  • Political or regional instability

9. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges (International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival in the destination country
  • These charges are:
    • Determined by local authorities
    • Not included in your order total
    • Fully the responsibility of the customer

ZERO Makeup Global has no control over these charges.

Important:

  • Customs charges are non-refundable
  • If you refuse delivery due to duties/taxes:
    • The shipment may be returned or destroyed
    • We reserve the right to deduct:
      • Shipping costs
      • Return fees
      • Duties paid by courier

from any refund issued

We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.

10. Backorders & Product Availability

If an item is temporarily out of stock:

  • It may be placed on backorder
  • We will notify you of expected delays

You may choose to:

  • Wait for restocking
  • Cancel the affected item/order (if not yet shipped)

11. Liability Limitation (Business Purchases)

For business customers, where legally applicable:

  • Our liability for non-delivery is limited to:
    • The difference between the order value and the cost of obtaining similar goods from the market
